Garrett Rowan Music

Garrett Rowan is a professional guitarist and guitar instructor from Western Pennsylvania. Since 2019, Garrett has been doing music full time. This includes performing as a solo acoustic act, taking his electric guitar on the road with various bands across the United States, and operating Full Circle Guitar, his private guitar lesson studio currently in two locations: Punxsutawney and Brookville, PA.

Garrett received his first guitar for his 7th birthday and began taking lessons right away. While studying the guitar, Garrett was heavily involved in his school's music program, playing guitar, saxophone, and percussion. From high school jazz ensembles to solo acoustic performances, and from playing with rock bands at local dive bars to touring nationally, Garrett makes a living doing what he loves: playing guitar and sharing knowledge with those who want to learn.

With over a decade of teaching students of all ages and skill levels, Garrett combined his own experiences with his musical knowledge to write his first guitar instruction book, titled Garrett Rowan's Full Circle Guitar Method: Book One. Public music educators and professional musicians alike have endorsed the no-nonsense, easy to understand approach to the guitar. Along with the method book, Garrett has recorded an on-demand video lesson series available at FullCircleGuitar.vhx.tv. Garrett is currently in the process of writing book two - stay tuned!
